Let's Build Together
This is more than just a placement - it's a pipeline to your future workforce. With STePS, your next great hire is already training and could be job-ready in just 400 hours.

How it Works

  • Submit a request to become a STePS partnering Contractor.
  • Let us know how many students you would like to hire.
  • We handle the matching, scheduling and compliance. We also supply the tools.
  • Students work at your job site while accumulating hours toward their 400 required hours
  • If you're satisfied with their performance, you have the option to hire them directly after they complete their 400 hours
  • Note: Students are not required to complete all 400 hours at one jobsite, but many do if the fit is right.
